University of Arkansas Early Education and Care

More than 200 trainers throughout Arkansas deliver courses in a variety of locations including child care centers, public schools, vocational centers, technical institutes, community colleges, and other post secondary education facilities.

Better Beginnings

Better Beginnings is designed to improve the level of quality in childcare and early childhood education programs across the state. Better Beginnings distinguishes the quality of each Arkansas child care facility by a 1, 2 and 3-star rating system.
